VISION

The Massachusetts Open Water Swimming Association envisions a future in which every individual will be able to access safe swimming in Massachusetts open waters, regardless of economic status and physical ability.

MISSION

  1. To promote a healthy lifestyle through open water swimming, with a focus on water safety and access to opportunities at all levels of swimming skill.

  2. To serve the greater open water swimming community by organizing, promoting, and authenticating amateur open water swims in Massachusetts and surrounding bodies of water.
